Light
Light elements have strong attacks against electric and dark. Damage attacks against nature elements.
WAR
War elements have strong attacks against terra and dark. Damage attacks against sea and ice elements.
Legend
Legend elements have strong attacks against primal. Damage attacks against pure elements.
Terra
Terra elements have strong attacks against flame and electric. Damage attacks against metal and war elements.

Defending Elements
There are different dragons present in dragon city and each has some elements. By having elements they are called elemental dragons. In dragon city, each dragon may have one or more elements. It depends on what type of elements they are. Each dragon who has more than one element must have one defending element. The first element is the defending element. These defending elements can protect the dragons in combat by damage. You can save your dragons in the fighting process by playing with dragons of high power defending attacks. You can team up with dragons of ancient elements too because they cause normal damages. Start fighting against other dragons by teaming up with defending element dragons.
Attacking Element
Attacking elements are so beautiful that you can defeat your opponents by having attacking elements towards other dragons. You can choose different attacking elements in the combat system. You have to select those attacking elements that are not the defending elements of others.
If you have selected the attacking elements that are the defending elements of the opponent then you can face high damages. Be careful to choose your attacking elements to attack stronger and even harder to defeat opponents dragons.
Opposite Elements
There are many elements present in dragon city either they are attacking elements or defending elements. These elements have some limitations and precautions. You can’t breed opposite elements in some cases. There are many pairs in dragon city of opposite elements who are not breedable like
- Fire and ice
- Dark and light
- Nature and electric
Ancient Elements
In the past, some elements were so powerful and had strong defending powers and also had some weaknesses. But in today’s world, these elements have now become ancient elements. These elements have no such powerful defending strong attacks nor any weaknesses. You can normally use these element dragons for batting or even for breeding. You can face any such damages due to these elements. Some ancient elements that are used in today’s dragon city with normal damages are magic, soul, beauty, dream and chaos elements.
